- Phone Number
These details ensure our team at doola can reach out if there are any questions during the filing process.
Step 2: Choose Your Country of Residence
Select your country of residence.
Notably, doola allows you to form a US company from almost anywhere globally. If your country is not on the list, unfortunately, doola cannot support you at this time.
Step 3: Select Entity Type
Now, you’ll choose the type of entity you want to form, such as:
- LLC (Limited Liability Company)
- C-Corp (C Corporation)
- DAO LLC (Decentralized Autonomous Organization LLC)

Step 4: Choose a State
If you’re a non-US resident forming an LLC, you can choose any state. Popular choices include Wyoming and Delaware, with Wyoming often preferred for its lower fees.
For US residents, forming an LLC in your state is generally advisable to avoid additional fees.
